Commercial Property Solicitor / 3-6 PQE / Leeds / £70,000 DOE / An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy, well regarded team, working closely with a lead development Partner on high quality matters for key clients – To apply please call Teagan on and quote Job Ref: 3741
OVERVIEW:
• Involvement in a varied caseload covering residential, commercial and mixed-use development work
• Key role advising on complex, high-value development transactions
• Exposure to planning and statutory agreements as part of broader development work
• Opportunity to work collaboratively on significant and high-profile development projects
• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
• Strong background in development work, ideally across residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
• Confident managing transactions with a good degree of autonomy
• Ability to quickly integrate into the team and build strong client relationships
• Either an existing professional network with willingness to expand it, or a clear enthusiasm for networking and business development
• Experience advising on high-value development transactions, with some familiarity in planning or statutory agreements advantageous
