We are working with a fast growing accounting practice based just outside of the Tameside Area who are looking to bring in a Client Accountant, this is the perfect role for someone who wants to gain ownership of a portfolio of diverse clients and build on already strong client relationships.
Client Accountant – Responsibilities:
*Preparing annual accounts and corporation tax returns
*Preparing self assessment tax returns
*Handling client bookkeeping and reconciliations
*Preparing VAT returns
*Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients
*Answering queries and explaining figures to clients
*Working on cloud accounting software such as Xero and Dext
*Supporting your portfolio of clients with Cash flow, Reporting and Performance Insights
Client Accountant – What we want:
*Proven experience within a Practice environment
*Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
*Proficiency in various cloud accounting software, including Xero and Dext
*Experience in financial management and reporting is essential
*Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

*Salary – c£36k DOE
