I am working with a family-run business with a strong global presence and a well-known name within their market. The business is continuing to grow year on year and Ecommerce is a key driver for that growth. They are now looking to hire an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to own and develop their online performance.

You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and other marketing specialists and be encouraged to learn, adapt and contribute ideas, there is plenty of room for growth!
Key Responsibilities
** Manage and optimise the end-to-end Shopify Ecommerce site
** Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns
** Analyse and report on performance, including traffic, conversion rate, revenue and ROAS
** Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) through testing, analysis and insight
** Use data to inform commercial decisions and continuous improvement
** Collaborate with the wider marketing team, learning from experienced colleagues
** Explore and apply AI tools and technologies to improve marketing and Ecommerce performance
What we need from you:
** Proven experience in an Ecommerce role, ideally 3years+
** Strong Shopify experience
** Hands-on experience with Meta paid social campaigns
** Confidence in reporting on and analysing data
** Demonstrable CRO experience
** AI tools experience like Claude highly desirable
** A proactive learner with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively
