Orka Financial is partnering with a growing company based in Wallingford who are seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist to join their growing finance team.


Responsibilities
*Manage purchase orders from creation through to completion
*Monitor and review raw material schedules to ensure continuity of supply
*Track and update shipping and delivery information to ensure accuracy and timeliness
*Review supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed standards
*Liaise with the wider procurement team to ensure efficient and responsive service delivery.


Requirements
*1–4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials planning role
*Experience managing purchase orders through an ERP system (SAP, D365, Oracle, or similar)
*Exposure to supplier coordination or procurement support functions
*Experience working with logistics, warehouse, or supply chain teams advantageous.
