Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Driver in the Medway Towns to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable individual who thrives in a busy environment and is looking for ongoing work.
Requirements*Valid, nationally accredited Forklift Licence (in date)
*Ideally hold both Reach and Counterbalance licences
*Candidates with Counterbalance licence only will also be considered
*Previous forklift driving experience
*Good level of numeracy and literacy
*Ability to complete paperwork accurately
*Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Key Responsibilities*Operating Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts
*Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
*Moving stock within a warehouse environment
*Supporting general warehouse duties as required
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
*Completing relevant documentation and paperwork
Shift Pattern*12-hour shifts
*Mixture of day and night shifts
*Rotating shift pattern (details provided upon application)
Additional InformationThis is a temporary position, however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
