Digital Marketing Executive
Full-time | £25,000–£28,000 | On-site Blackpool
Reed are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s bursting with ideas, curious about digital trends, and excited by the challenge of building a brand presence.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, creative role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants real ownership, variety, and room to grow. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the clients brand looks, sounds, and shows up across digital platforms.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help create and share content that brings the business to life, strengthens brand awareness, and supports overall business growth.
What You’ll Be Creating & Managing
*Engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital channels
*Social posts, blogs, website content, emails, and newsletters
*Visual and written content that reflects a premium, design-led brand
*Scheduled and planned campaigns aligned with wider marketing goals
*Community engagement and channel growth through consistent, thoughtful content
You’ll also:
*Support campaign planning and promotional activity
*Research trends and gather insights to inform content ideas
*Monitor performance metrics like reach, engagement, and growth
*Keep an eye on industry and competitor activity
*Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to the wider team
About You
*At least 1 year’s experience in marketing or social media
*Passionate about digital content, branding, and storytelling
*Confident copywriter with a proactive, organised approach
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks and experimenting with new ideas
*Familiar with Instagram and LinkedIn (Facebook a plus)
*Adobe Creative Suite experience (especially Photoshop) is an advantage, not essential
Most importantly, you bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
*£25,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience
*Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00
*28 day annual leave plus bank holidays
*Excellent opportunities for progression
