Job Description:
Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner with a strong background in pricing and commercial analysis? Do you have the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight? Are you comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where you can influence decision-making from day one?
An growing organisation is seeking an Interim Pricing Analyst to join on a fully remote basis. This 6-9 month contract is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis and will focus on strengthening pricing strategy and linking financial planning with commercial decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Partnering with commercial and sales teams on contract costing, pricing and margin optimisation
*Developing and refining pricing models to support business performance
*Analysing data to identify trends and inform strategic pricing decisions
*Supporting the link between financial planning and day-to-day commercial activity
*Contributing to management accounts and financial reporting processes
*Supporting the implementation of systems and processes aligned to pricing strategy
The successful candidate will have:
*Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role
*Strong experience working on pricing, costing or margin analysis
*Excellent analytical skills, with strong Excel capability
*The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
*A proactive approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment
*Ideally fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
