Key Responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and closing deals
*Generating new business opportunities
*Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Supporting the team to achieve and exceed targets
Requirements for the Sales Negotiator
*Minimum 12 months’ estate agency experience
*Proven track record in residential sales
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven with a proactive approach
*Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits for the Sales Negotiator
*Basic salary up to £25,000
*Realistic OTE £50,000
