Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator on behalf of one of our well-established manufacturing clients based in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional to join a busy and well-organised operation, supporting day-to-day logistics, shipping, and warehouse activities.

This is a varied, hands-on role within a supportive team environment, offering a mix of warehouse duties and shipping administration. The position is full-time and permanent, providing stability and excellent working hours.

Key Responsibilities
*Booking shipments via carrier portals including FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS
*Providing shipment information for imports and exports to shipping agents
*Supporting the booking of inbound deliveries from global manufacturing sites
*Assisting with recording import and export shipments for compliance purposes (training provided)
*Supporting the preparation and shipping of customer orders
*Printing labels for production and preparing products for despatch
*General warehouse duties including goods in, picking, packing, and despatch

Qualifications & Skills
*Previous experience within a warehouse or shipping/logistics environment
*Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
*Experience using an ERP system (beneficial but not essential)
*Valid Reach Truck and Order Picker licences (essential)
*Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
*Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

HOURS: Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00, Friday 8:00–13:00
SALARY: £28,000 per annum
