A leading and rapidly growing top 20 accountancy firm is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join its Peterborough office. Role Responsibilities
*Conduct substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
*Prepare accurate and well-structured audit working papers for review.
*Assist with audit planning and the preparation of draft accounts.
*Identify audit risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
*Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
*Support and mentor junior team members.
*Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards and UK GAAP (FRS 102).
Personal Requirements
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
*AAT qualified (or equivalent).
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hardworking approach.
*Good working knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and audit methodologies.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships.
