Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Payroller you will be…
*Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly and/or monthly basis using Sage 50 Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Maintain and update employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes
*Calculate statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and other deductions
*Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
*Submit RTI reports and liaise with HMRC where required
*Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end processes
*Manage pension contributions and liaise with pension providers
*Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner
Requirements:
As a Part-Time Payroller you will need…
*Previous experience within a Payroll or Payroller role
*Experience using Sage 50 Payroll
*Strong understanding of payroll processes and HMRC requirements
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Good organisational and time management skills
