This is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Data Strategist to shape how data and CRM drive commercial performance for well known consumer brands. You will play a pivotal role in defining strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning insight into measurable impact across complex customer journeys.

The Role
*Lead the development and delivery of data led CRM strategies that improve KPIs and generate clear ROI.
*Design and orchestrate customer communication and journey plans across large or complex projects.
*Translate analytical outputs into clear strategic recommendations and compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
*Shape performance measurement frameworks aligned to commercial objectives.
*Work closely with internal teams and external technology partners to ensure data and tools are activated effectively.
*Provide strategic leadership within project teams and support the development of junior colleagues.
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience in CRM strategy and data driven marketing.
*Confident using analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and spreadsheets to inform decisions.
*Ability to turn complex data and behavioural insight into simple, actionable strategies.
*Understanding of how CRM fits within the wider marketing and performance funnel.
*Comfortable presenting insight and strategy to senior client and internal audiences.
