A market-leading, FCSA accredited Umbrella Company is seeking a Business Development/Client Relationship Manager to support and grow key recruitment agency accounts across Central London & the South East.
This role suits an experienced umbrella sales or account management professional with strong PAYE umbrella experience.
Key Duties
*Managing and growing agency accounts
*Increase PAYE umbrella referrals and consultant enquiries
*Act as a key contact for recruitment agencies and consultants
*Resolve agency queries in partnership with internal teams
*Identify cross-sell and account growth opportunities
*Maintain accurate CRM records including account mapping
*Support umbrella legislation and PAYE training for consultants
*Attend agency meetings, events and hospitality as required
Required Experience
*Minimum 2 years experience within the Umbrella Company sector
*Proven PAYE umbrella knowledge
*Sales or account management background
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Desirable
*Experience in a split sales and account support role
*Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
*Proven ability to exceed 50+ outbound calls per day
*Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
*Experience using CRM systems and internal sales tools
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
*Previous collaboration with internal sales, compliance or marketing teams
