The Role
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of recruitment agency clients, building long-term partnerships and driving contractor volume growth. You’ll also identify and win new agency relationships, positioning the business as the go-to PAYE umbrella solution.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
*Manage and grow recruitment agency accounts, increasing contractor volumes and revenue
*Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PAYE umbrella and payroll services
*Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to drive retention and long-term partnerships
Business Development
*Proactively win new recruitment agency clients through outbound activity and networking
*Target and develop agencies operating within contractor-heavy sectors
*Support commercial growth initiatives alongside senior leadership
Client Relationships
*Build strong relationships with recruiters and decision-makers
*Act as a trusted advisor on PAYE umbrella, contractor payroll, and compliance
*Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen partnerships
Performance & Pipeline
*Achieve activity and revenue targets
*Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and conversions
*Use CRM systems to track performance and identify growth opportunities

*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
