Job Description:
Position: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Ash Vale
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Hourly Rate: £12.71
OverviewAn excellent opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Ash Vale. This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a warehouse environment.
This is a physically demanding position, involving frequent lifting and manual handling.
Main Duties*Preparing and packing orders with accuracy
*Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries
*Organising stock and maintaining warehouse order
*Conducting quality checks on products
*Carrying out general warehouse and manual handling tasks
*Using a forklift truck where applicable (training/licence dependent)
Candidate Profile*Experience within a warehouse setting is preferred
*Good eye for detail and accuracy
*Dependable with a positive, can-do attitude
*Forklift certification is beneficial but not required
