Finance Business Partner – EMEA
A global organisation is seeking a highly commercial Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving commercial performance across a strategically important EMEA market. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, influence investment decisions, and shape financial outcomes in a complex, international environment.
You will be the primary financial voice for a high-visibility market, providing insight that directly impacts growth, profitability, and strategic direction. The role combines analytical depth with commercial partnership, making it well-suited to someone who wants to move beyond reporting and actively influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
*Build financial models and deliver analysis that guides commercial strategy.
*Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with market leadership.
*Provide clear interpretation of performance drivers and recommend actions.
*Oversee monthly reporting, sales forecast validation, and contract reviews.
*Evaluate promotional ROI and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
*Partner with shared service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
What You Bring
*Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience.
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights.
*Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
*Advanced Excel capability.
*Ideally experience of working in a multinational environment.
*Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualifications are a plus but not essential.
