A dynamic and well-established company is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join its large and collaborative finance team in a varied role. Working closely with senior members of the finance team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day transactional finance while gaining valuable exposure across the wider function and Management Accounts.
The role will suit someone confident across transactional finance who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and energetic environment. Responsibilities will include assisting with sales and purchase ledger activities, processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reconciliations, assisting with month-end processes, and liaising with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently. Further duties will include assisting with financial reporting to stakeholders, alongside supporting cashflow management and forecasting activities.
Ideally, you will have:
*Some experience across sales ledger, purchase ledger, or transactional finance
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
*A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
