Role: Production AssistantLocation: Witney
Pay:£15.99 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (07:00 - 19:00)
Your Role & ResponsibilitiesIn this role, precision is everything. You will be the engine behind our manufacturing process, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and excellence.
*Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and operate specialised production machinery strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
*Quality Assurance: Maintain total compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.
*Meticulous Documentation: Keep crystal-clear records, including manual batch entries and digital data reporting.
*Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep the production line running at peak efficiency.
