Responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end credit control process, monitoring aged debt, chasing outstanding payments, allocating cash, resolving invoice queries, building strong relationships with customers, and reviewing and improving existing credit control procedures where needed to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Ideally, you will have:
*Strong experience within credit control with a track record of managing aged debt and improving cash collection
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
