Private Client Paralegal – Hybrid Working – Great Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established yet forward-thinking high street practice. This is an ideal role for a motivated paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive 5-person Private Client team.
You will assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, and Probate, working closely with experienced fee earners. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality client care and offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative and secretarial support. Hybrid working is available, alongside an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:*Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters
*Drafting Wills and supporting on Trust and Probate files
*Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC where required
*Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
Candidate Criteria:*Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
*Exposure to Wills, Probate, and/or Trust matters
*Strong client care skills and ability to build lasting relationships
*Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
