Job Description:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT business, working on a mix of escalations, project delivery and technical ownership across infrastructure, cloud and security.
What you’ll be doing
*Acting as the point of contact for service desk tickets
*Delivering projects both remotely and onsite
*Working across Microsoft 365, Entra, virtualisation, scripting and endpoint management
*Managing and maintaining documentation, SOPs and technical guides
*Ensuring best practice across security, compliance, communication and client experience
What we’re looking for
*Experience within a similar role
*Troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and infrastructure
*Understanding of security principles, compliance and vulnerability management
*Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset
*Full UK driving licence
