The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring all properties are compliant and that both landlords and tenants receive a high standard of service.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
*Ensuring all properties meet current compliance and safety regulations
*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
*Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
*Managing rent collection and resolving any tenancy-related issues

*Previous experience in residential property management
*Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties

*Competent with property management software and Microsoft Office
*Full UK driving licence preferred
