Job Description:
HR Manger Part Time Sheffield 3 Days per week

Role Summary
My client is a rapidly growing professional services business looking to recruitan experienced and proactive HR Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive HR service across our three offices. This role is central to supporting the firm’s professional service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, people-centred culture. The role is part time three days a week

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit processes
*Manage and coordinate six-monthly and annual performance reviews
*Ensure ongoing compliance with UK employment law and best practice
*Support staff wellbeing initiatives, including oversight of the Medigold system
*Provide guidance and support on disciplinary and employee relations matters
*Monitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) across the firm
*Assist with booking external training, including Mercia courses
*Maintain and update employment contracts and HR documentation
*Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all HR practices align with the firm’s values and legal obligations
*Attend internal meetings to represent the HR function
*Develop and maintain digital HR systems, ensuring accurate and efficient management information reporting
Skills & Experience
*You will have have a proven track record of working in a HR generalist role and ideally be CIPD qualified .
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
*Experience implementing and managing HR systems and processes
*Ability to provide clear, practical HR advice to managers and staff
