The role will involveresponsibility for the overall performance and growth of the lettings and property management departments in the Basingstoke area. This is a senior role with strategic and operational oversight.
This is a Senior leadership role overseeing the lettings operation in Basingstoke, responsible for growing market share, winning instructions, leading the team, and ensuring exceptional standards of service and compliance.

*Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

*Commercial awareness with a focus on performance and results
*Full UK driving licence
