Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Leicester office based with some travel
Salary: £25k base plus uncapped bonus OTE 50k+
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team. This is a great time to join them as they have some successful current client incentives drawing in new business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.
You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and some existing clients, developing new client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. You will need to have a full driving licence to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
*Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
*Present products or services to prospective customers
*Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
*Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems including MS Office tools.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
*Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a sales or telesales role (B2B or B2C)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and organisational skills
