Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:*Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts with supporting analysis.
*Own stock accounting, including reconciliations, valuation, provisions, and variance analysis.
*Work closely with operations to understand manufacturing costs and performance drivers.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including labour and stock-related assumptions.
*Analyse margins, cost movements, and operational KPIs.
*Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and manufacturing processes.
*Build effective relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.
Key essentials of the Management Accountant:*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
*Proven experience in a manufacturing or stock-focused environment.
*Strong management accounting and cost analysis skills.
*Advanced Excel capability.
