Job Description:
This position is for a PCN Appeals officer who will mainly be responsible for processing School Street Representations (contravention code 53). This candidate must have:
*Knowledge of parking legislation.
*Experience of processing representations and appeals.
*Experience of meeting targets both qualitative and quantitative
*Proven ability to manage and prioritise with minimal intervention, a demanding personal workload.
*Proven ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in plain writing.
*Proven ability to make sound and appropriate decisions that adhere to the current legislation.
The position is hybrid and will involve being 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
