Job Description:
EU Transparency / HR Project Manager - Insurance
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with strong Compensation/ HR experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.
Inside IR35
Hybrid- adhoc travel to London office
Experience
*Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale HR projects or programmes within complex, global organisations
*Proven ability to manage initiatives spanning multiple HR Centres of Excellence simultaneously
*Direct experience working with HRIT on system implementations, integrations, or significant configuration changes
*Experience delivering legislative or regulatory projects, ideally within an EU context or involving worker representatives
*Strong background in structured project management, governance, and senior-stakeholder engagement
*Experience producing executive-level reporting and driving decisions in environments with competing priorities and ambiguity
*Desirable experience supporting compensation or Total Rewards initiatives, HR service delivery models, and HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM
