In this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the Architecture division on producing high quality drawings, overseeing the full project you are on, helping to mentor more junior members of the team. Liasing with site teams and going on site meetings to ensure quality. There will be a strong construction focus within this position.

With that, the ideal candidate will have experience producing their own drawings using AutoCAD and having a proven ability to run their own projects, alongside a proactive and team-oriented approach, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career.

The Role:

*Responsible for outputting planning or construction drawings
*Working closely with team members on live projects
*Producing drawings using Internal systems
*Contributing to residential project delivery
*Mentoring junior members of staff
*Office-based role near Dorchester

The Person:

*Strong experience producing architectural drawings
*Proficient in AutoCAD
*Experience running projects
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Friendly, sociable, and proactive mindset
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car
*Commutable distance from Dorchester
