About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels
*Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
*Generate and follow up on sales leads and quotations
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
*Work closely with external sales teams and other departments to ensure excellent customer service
*Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
*Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Requirements
*Proven experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service role
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
*Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
