HR Advisor (People Lead) | Hybrid - Barrow-in-Furness
Up to £32,000 + benefits
Barrow-in-Furness (2-3 days onsite, rest remote)

We’re hiring a HR Advisor / People Lead to support the development of high-performing teams within a fast-paced, operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR generalist experience who enjoys working closely with managers and teams to drive performance, engagement, and capability.
The RoleAs a key point of contact for people-related matters, you will:
*Lead performance reviews, appraisals, and career development conversations
*Support workforce planning and resource management
*Manage employee relations issues and handle challenging conversations
*Act as an escalation point for people and team-related concerns
*Work closely with stakeholders to ensure teams are resourced and performing effectively
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as an HR Advisor / People Advisor / HR Generalist
*Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
*Experience supporting or leading multi-disciplinary teams
*Excellent communication skills across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
*Ability to balance people support with business needs
*Exposure to IT / Infrastructure / End User Services environments (desirable)
*Coaching or mentoring experience


Additional Requirements*Must be a sole UK national and eligible for SC clearance
*Must be able to travel to Barrow-in-Furness 2-3 days per week
