Opportunity for an Employment Senior Associate to join a well-established commercial London law firm with a respected and growing Employment practice.

My client is a long-standing commercial law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, business-focused advice to both UK and international clients.
The Employment team advises on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for a wide range of clients including corporate organisations and high net worth individuals. The team offers a balanced workload across both respondent and claimant matters, providing varied and engaging work.
The Opportunity
The firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate to join the team as part of its continued growth. This is a key hire, offering the chance to work closely with an experienced Head of Employment while managing a diverse caseload.
The role offers a strong mix of tribunal work, advisory matters, and transactional support. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of cases, represent clients, and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
The role will involve:
Managing a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Handling Employment Tribunal claims and acting as a key point of contact for clients
*Drafting pleadings, including Grounds of Claim and Grounds of Resistance, and preparing witness statements
*Advising on day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, discrimination, and performance management
*Supporting on corporate matters including TUPE and employee incentive schemes
*Delivering client training sessions and presentations
Required
*UK qualified Solicitor with 5 - 8 years’ PQE
*Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law
*Experience managing tribunal matters independently
*Strong academics
