Credit Controller | 3-month contract | Immediate Start

Altum Consulting are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing travel business for an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage credit control processes, including chasing overdue payments via phone
*Handle customer queries and resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally
*Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records
*Proactively collect outstanding funds while maintaining strong customer relationships
*Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
*Support month-end activities and reporting as required
Skills & Experience
*2-3 years’ experience in credit control/accounts receivable
*Strong reconciliation skills and a proactive mindset toward process improvement
*Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
*Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
