Key Responsibilities
*Investigate and resolve technical issues across software platforms
*Support system analysis, diagnostics, and performance improvements
*Work across cloud-based and enterprise technology environments
*Assist engineering teams in analysing system behaviour
*Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Contribute to ongoing system and development improvements

Requirements
*Degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar)
*Minimum 2:1 or above, with A-Levels A-C grades or BTEC Distinctions,
*Strong academic background
*Interest in software systems and technology environments

*Basic understanding of databases / SQL
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
