Responsibilities*Fabricating heavy structural steel components
*Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
*Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
*MIG welding where required (fabrication-focused role)
*Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
*Working effectively within a production team
Requirements*Proven experience as a Plater / Welder / Fabricator
*Experience with heavy structural steelwork
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*MIG welding skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Reliable and hardworking attitude
