About the roleAs a Foundry Operative, you will be working in a fast-paced heavy industrial environment supporting the production process. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in foundry work, casting, or similar heavy manufacturing environments.
Key responsibilities*Operating machinery and equipment within a foundry setting
*Handling molten materials safely and efficiently
*Loading and unloading materials using FLT (Counterbalance)
*Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
*Supporting production targets and quality standards
*General labouring and housekeeping duties within the facility
What we are looking for*Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance C/B) essential
*Previous experience in a foundry, casting environment, or heavy industry preferred
*Strong understanding of health and safety in industrial settings
*Physically fit and comfortable working in high-temperature environments
*Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
