Description
*Assist in preparing accounts and financial statements for a variety of clients.
*Support the team in reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
*Work on client bookkeeping and VAT returns using accounting software.
*Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
*Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information.
*Help in the preparation of tax computations and returns.
*Contribute to audits and other financial projects as required.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
Profile
A successful AAT or ACCA Trainee Accountant should have:
*Good level of education/grades in GCSE’s including Maths, English
*AAT qualification or active enrolment in an ACCA programme. (desirable)
*Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
*A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in accounting and finance.
*An organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
*A commitment to providing excellent service within the business services industry.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
