Job Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is seeking an experienced Finance Support Manager to join a progressive business.
The role will ideally suit a confident ambitious individual, who enjoys number-crunching and all things finance.
Holder of a full UK driving license and own car is essential as this is a floating role, where you will be travelling between the various offices during the working week. (Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Radlett and London)
Responsibilities*Supporting the MD with financial modelling across their various businesses.
*Analysing existing Excel procedures and recommending improvements to systems.
*Maintain and update financial records and filing systems.
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
*Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
*All other related tasks as required.
Requirements
*ACCA qualified
*Ideally advanced/very strong Excel skills and experience
*Previous experience in financial modelling is ideal
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and Xero
*Confident and a strong communicator
*Ability to work on your own initiative and manage a busy workload
Full or Part Time hours are considered.
