Customer Service Specialist (Temporary - up to 6 months)
Leatherhead
Up to £26,000 (pro rata)
1 day per week in the office remaining WFH


We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy and fast-paced team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
*Handling a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 70 per day)
*Taking payments over the phone securely
*Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
*Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally


What we’re looking for:
*Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or fast-paced environment
*Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure
*Good attention to detail
