The role:
You’ll sit at the heart of the mortgage process, managing cases from first contact through to completion and working directly with clients, lenders and protection providers. This role of Mortgage Case Manager would suit a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Case Manager who is seeking real responsibility — product research, provider management and client-facing work that goes well beyond standard processing.
*Managing mortgage cases end-to-end from application through to completion
*Handling LOAs and chasing providers to keep cases progressing
*Supporting with product research across mortgage and protection providers
*Processing protection business alongside the mortgage pipeline
*Dealing directly with clients, lenders and third parties throughout the process
*Working closely with advisers — operating as close to the advice process as possible
What you’ll need:
*Experience in a senior mortgage administration or mortgage processing role
*Strong working knowledge of mortgage and protection providers
*Confident dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload
*A proactive, client-focused approach — whether your ambition is advisory or senior administration
CeMAP is not required — what matters is your mortgage experience, provider knowledge and client service skills.

*Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
