Job Description:
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics business for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy Colnbrook office.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll handle queries, bookings and delivery updates while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
*Coordinating bookings and tracking deliveries
*Proactively resolving issues and keeping customers informed
*Supporting admin, shipments and fulfilment projects
*Working towards daily performance targets
About You:
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Confident phone manner and attention to detail
*Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Team player with a proactive approach
*Previous logistics/customer service experience desirable
