Job Description:
An established company is currently looking for an Administrator to support with a 12-month FTC. The Administrator role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
*£34,000 - £40,000
*Office based
*Parking on site
*Company pension and bonus scheme
Administrator responsibilities:
*Assist the wider team with administrative tasks, including CRM, file storage and scheduling
*Manage incoming enquiries and provide timely responses to clients
*Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
*Prepare sales reports, providing insights into progress, targets, and performance
*Assist with maintaining relevant documentation in line with company policies
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service
*Handle customer queries, ensuring resolutions are provided promptly
*Liaise with clients to gain feedback and improve services
Administrator skills/competencies:
*Proven experience within a similar role desirable
*Ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail
*IT proficiency - knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
