Job Description:
Careers & Progression Coach – Charity Sector
Marshall Wolfe are partnering with a long-established East London charity to recruit a Careers & Progression Coach to help clients move towards independence through coaching, skills development and employment support.
You’ll work 1:1 with people experiencing multiple disadvantages, providing high-quality coaching, information, advice and guidance and supporting progression into training, work experience and employment. You’ll manage a varied caseload, deliver group sessions, build strong professional relationships and ensure every interaction leads to meaningful next steps.
What you’ll do
*Deliver 1:1 IAG and personalised progression plans
*Support with CVs, applications and interview prep
*Facilitate employability, digital or life-skills group sessions
*Build pathways and make referrals to internal and external partners
*Maintain accurate outcome-focused records
*Work collaboratively with employers, training providers and colleagues
What you’ll bring
*Experience supporting people facing multiple barriers
*1:1 coaching or IAG experience
*Group delivery experience
*Strong organisational skills and ability to work at pace
*Understanding of barriers to employment
*Compassion, resilience and clear professional boundaries
