Job Description:
I’m working with a market-leading business to recruit a Financial Controller with strong Sales & Purchase Ledger experience. This is a hands-on role with added responsibility around reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
*Daily bank reconciliations (Excel-based)
*Processing customer receipts & supplier payments
*Managing sales & purchase ledger
*Matching transactions across systems
*Preparing customer/supplier statements
*Checking expenses & calculating commissions
*Supporting internal finance queries
*Ensuring VAT, payroll, pensions etc. are paid on time
*Supporting monthly & quarterly reporting
*Analysing P&L variances and profitability
What You’ll Need
*Proven finance experience (ledger essential)
*Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable)
*High attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
*Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
*Proactive, hands-on approach
