*Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
*Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
What we’re looking for:To succeed as a Seasonal Sous Chef, you’ll need:
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
*Confidence in leading a team in a busy kitchen
*A passion for fresh, seasonal food
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Reliability and commitment for the full seasonal period
