Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales Progression to join a highly successful independent estate agency in Guildford.
This is a senior role within a busy residential property environment, ideal for someone with strong sales progression, property transactions, and team leadership experience. You will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from offer agreed through to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Head of Sales Progression*Manage and oversee a high-volume residential sales pipeline
*Progress property sales from offer agreed to completion
*Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents
*Identify and resolve issues to minimise delays and fall-throughs
*Lead, support, and develop a sales progression team
*Monitor pipeline performance, including transaction times and completion rates
*Ensure consistent communication and a high level of customer service
*Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and results
Requirements*Proven experience in sales progression or residential estate agency
*Strong knowledge of the property sales process
*Experience managing or mentoring a team
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
*Proactive, problem-solving approach
Salary & Benefits*Basic salary of £35,000
*On-target earnings of £55,000
*Performance-related bonus structure
*Monday to Friday working (no weekends)
*Opportunity to lead a key department within a successful business
