Fleet Engineer / Asset Engineer (Rail / Mechanical)Rugby (Ocasional travel to Derby & Worksop)
£45,500-£51,500 + Benefits

The Role An urgent opportunity to take ownership of a locomotive fleet, focusing on maintenance, performance, and compliance.
*Manage planned & reactive maintenance
*Review and sign off maintenance work
*Support upgrades, modifications & engineering changes
*Work closely with engineering, stores & reliability teams
*Based in Rugby with occasional travel
What We’re Looking For*Mechanical engineering background (rail, HGV, or similar)
*Hands-on maintenance experience
*Understanding of preventative & reactive maintenance
*Level 3 (NVQ / HNC / HND) minimum
*Strong organisation & communication skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
Package*£51,500 salary
