Head of Finance - Ilchester, Somerset - Permanent - Full Time - £60k to £70k
Head of Finance role offering progression, the opportunity to build and shape a finance function, and a strong package including enhanced holidays, company car, and profit share.
Trial Balance Consulting are recruiting a senior finance leader for a multi site organisation. This role would suit a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Finance Director seeking greater influence and commercial involvement.
Key duties:
*Management accounts, reporting, and financial control
*Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
*Business partnering with senior stakeholders
*Team leadership and development
*Process improvement and performance analysis
Strong experience in finance leadership, reporting, and team management required. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE considered.
