Great Starts Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple Level 3 Nursery Practitioners / Senior Nursery Practitioners to join a high-quality Early Years nursery in South Woodford and Woodford Green.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse or Nursery Practitioner looking to progress within a supportive, well-established nursery group.
Key Information
*Full-time, permanent role
*36 hours over 4 days or 45 hours over 5 days
*Shifts between 8am–6pm
*Salary up to £33,400 per year
*Performance bonus up to £2,000
Role Overview
As a Nursery Nurse / Early Years Educator, you will deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will support children’s learning, development and well-being while ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS
*Support children’s development against Early Learning Goals
*Act as a Key Person, completing observations and assessments
*Monitor progress and support individual learning needs
*Support children with SEN, EAL and additional needs
*Build strong parent partnerships and communicate effectively
*Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment
*Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
*Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding Early Years practice
Requirements
*Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
*Minimum 1 year nursery or Early Years experience
*Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
*Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
*Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
*Excellent communication skills
*Must live locally or be able to travel to Woodford/South Woodford
*No sponsorship available
