Job Description:
Quantity SurveyorIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Quanitity Surveyor for a large commercial project in Exeter. You will have a background in construction from a junior or senior level.
Key Duties**Administer project documentation and contracts
*Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
*Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
*Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
*Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
*Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records
*Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment
Requirements*Quantity Surveyor Degree
*Background in Commercial projects
*M&E Background desirable but not essential

*Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
